Custom necklace for my mom

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! As usual, I made my mom some jewelry for Christmas. This necklace is one piece, and I'm rather proud of it.
Made of 14k gold fill, the necklace displays a large beautiful smoky quartz stone as the focal point. Faced citrine, smoky quartz and green onyx round out the look. It sounds simple, but accomplishes so much!
